We know your needs, Sublimation printing can be cost-intensive due to imperfections in the size and shape of blankets, increasing production costs. Recognizing this issue, we have invested in automatic cutting and sewing machines to maintain perfect size tolerances. sublimation blanket projects are not only about attractive printing. For distributors, promotional companies, retailers and brands, important considerations also include a soft hand feel, consistent sizing, production cost, sampling risk, print quality and bulk delivery requirements.
Dotex combines automated production, standardized quality control processes, and diverse dye-sublimation printing solutions to support custom photo blanket and dye-sublimation blanket projects. Prior to mass production, we utilize a sample validation stage to visually inspect the print appearance, fabric feel, dimensions, and finished product details. This approach helps minimize uncertainty during the prototyping phase and ensures greater consistency in the final product.
High-Heat Stability. Less Shrinkage
A beautiful design means little if the blanket changes shape after heat pressing.
Our sublimation blankets are engineered for high-temperature processing at 200–220°C for 60 seconds, while maintaining their original appearance and dimensions.
Consistent Size. Less Rework
Unstable blanket dimensions can create costly production problems.
Our automated cutting and sewing equipment helps maintain dimensional consistency for the blanket blanks throughout the production process, with a standard size tolerance of ±2 cm.
This helps reduce manual variation, rework, and finished-product inconsistencies.
Clean & Controlled Production
Blank blankets are highly sensitive to contamination before printing and packaging.
Our integrated workshop combines cutting, sewing, inspection, transit, and packaging within a controlled production flow, ensure the blank blanket remains clean both before and after the printing process.
Three Sublimation Printing Options
for Custom Blank Blankets
We support customized patterns, dimensions, blanket constructions, and printing configurations, Single-sided, double-sided and all-through printing can be discussed according to product structure, design goals, budget and sample result.with inspection focused on size, shape, cleanliness, and finished appearance before shipment.
Single-Sided Print
The design is applied to the front side of the blanket, while the reverse remains plain or follows an agreed color specification. This option is suitable when the front artwork is the primary visual focus. The final appearance should be reviewed according to the selected material and approved sample.

Double-Sided Print
Artwork can be applied to both sides of the blanket. The front and back may carry the same design or different artwork, depending on the product structure and project requirements. This format is suitable for reversible products or applications that require a designed presentation on both sides.

The design is intended to extend toward the interior and edge areas of the textile, creating a more continuous visual effect. The actual result depends on the fabric thickness, surface structure, artwork, color and confirmed process parameters. A sample review is recommended before a larger order.
